Spring soccer is ready to start in Rhode Island on April 6, 2008. This will be the start of a new season for RISL O30/40 and the RIPSL, and a continuation of the season started in the fall for USAL and RIWSL.
All the RISA affiliated leagues are doing very well and have had a growth in their number of players and teams. We all wish them a great deal of future success.
RISA now has the First Report of Injury Form and the Detail of Remitted Funds Form on the web site. We are looking to keep the site current and informative in the coming months.
In the past few months the RISA Constitution has been reviewed, and proposed amendments will be coming for the next AGM in August. The document should be easier to read and be more consistent.
The next scheduled Membership Meeting is May 19th, 7 PM at Campino’s Restaurant in East Providence.
